Story: Motown music legend Marvin Gaye worked his way from session musician to singing star, becoming one of the top singers of the 1960s, both as a solo act and in duets with notable female singers, including the legendary Tammi Terrell, who died of a brain tumor after collapsing in his arms on stage during a concert. Gaye emerged from his grieving with the spectacular album What’s Going On?, a pioneering release focused on socio-political concerns. Despite his continued success, Gaye’s personal life was often tragic, ending with his murder at the hands of his own father following an argument. Stars: Gaye was born with natal Pluto retrograde at the very last degree of Cancer, about ten days before it was to station direct and move toward its ingress to Leo.
